BeyondYou is a personal reset practice. Training, nutrition, sleep, bloodwork, and coordinated care from a small team. Close attention, sustained. When the body works, the mind clears. When the mind clears, the soul surfaces.
Not a program you finish. Not a class you attend. Not a plan that expires. The work is real. What you find is what was already yours.

Diagnostic
Where it begins.
Two hours together. In person in San Francisco, or virtual.
You fill out an intake form first. I read every signal before we meet.
Then we sit. Body, mind, sleep, stress, the loop you're in. The whole picture together. My follow-ups, your questions.
Within five business days, a written plan. What I see in your data, the patterns, where to start. Yours to keep, whether you continue or not.

90-Day Reset
Body, mind, the whole picture.
The full practice.
We begin at your home or training space. Baseline measurements, bloodwork, allergy panel. The work starts light and personal.
Five training days a week. Three with me, in person. Two on your own, Zone 2 work. Strength, conditioning, mobility, walks at conversation pace.
Lab results come in, the plan adjusts around your body. Hands-on care when the body needs it. Mind work when the timing is right. A walk through your grocery store. What to buy, what to swap, what to skip.
The plan lives in a shared document. Messaging unlimited.
We measure every thirty days. Day 90 is the milestone check. Where you started, where you are, what comes next.

- A Welcome Kit on Day 1. Tote, hoodie, t-shirt, and a hat. The walk has its own colors. You wear them too.
- A hyper-detailed allergy panel
- A one-hour chiropractic session, hands-on assessment
- A one-hour mental readiness session with a therapist
- Thirty-six one-to-one training sessions with me, sixty workouts in total
- A one-hour walk through your grocery store. What to buy, what to swap, what to skip.
- A living plan in a shared document, updated daily
- Unlimited messaging, with me. No one between us.
- Monthly measurements at Day 30, 60, and 90
Bloodwork itself is not included. You order and pay for it through your PCP.
